Tennis is a great way to improve your fitness and to meet new people and have fun. Join the club that is well known for its friendly and social atmosphere! We cater for all ages and abilities and offer a variety of programmes to suit you and your family. See details here.

Have a Go day

Come along and have a hit on Sunday 26th February and bring a friend! We’ll have a sausage sizzle, fine tennis and great company from 1pm - 3pm.
Please encourage your friends, workmates, and family to come along and check out the club. This event is open to juniors, seniors, and everyone inbetween!

Come and join in for a lot of fun! Club members who are not participating - please also come and show your support!

  • 9.30am Primary (school years 1 – 6)
  • 11.30am Intermediate (school years 7 - 8)
  • 1.30pm College (school years 9 – 13)

Note: Timings are subject to change based on numbers in each category

Trevor Daly Pro-Am Tournie 14 May

Our 5th annual Professional - Amateur (Pro-Am) Tournament in memory of Trevor Daly will be held on
Sunday 14th May. (Rain off date is Sunday 21st May.)

We’ll have top regional interclub and twilight players in the mix, playing in a round robin tournament.

The club's AGM is on Monday 14th August at 7:30pm.

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Please come along to reflect on the year gone by, provide feedback, and help shape up the direction of our club for the next season.

MTC's Alex U16 National Champion

Congratulations to MTC's No.1 Regionals player -Alex Calder who has become the U16 National Champion. This is his 2nd national title in two years. Alex beat Cameron Philpot from Auckland in the final 6/1-7/5.

Senior Club Champs

This year's Senior Club Champs will have the same format as last year - Grades A , B & C (depending on entries)-Singles, Doubles & Mixed. We will also have Masters (players must be 40+).

Sign-up sheets  will be available in the club house for members to fill in from this monday . You can also email your entries.
